FACILITIES
Our facilities include both indoor and outdoor schools, a round pen/longe ring, a small cross country course, acres of grazing, large hay shed, individual storage spaces, ample parking, lockable tack room and CCTV security. Heat lights and an Equissage massage machine are available. Visiting instructors provide tuition and clinics on a regular basis. |

Horses and ponies are accomodated in large, comfortable, well-sheltered stables. All loose boxes are over 100 square feet and most have rubber matting floors. |
The indoor riding area is approximately 40' by 60'. We ride in here in bad weather and use the area as a safe turn-out place to allow horses to let off steam in winter. It is also useful for working young horses. |

The sand manege is 42m by 22m and floodlit. 'Safety System' showjumps are available. |
Middlepart has almost 30 acres of summer grazing. |
