    • As a youngster Elljay Indiana won Supreme Champion at the Scottish Appaloosa Show at Gleneagles in 2001. Returning to this show in 2005 he was Spotted Horse & Pony Supreme Champion, a title which he retained in 2006. Strikingly good-looking and a delight to be with, he has a wonderfully calm temperament, yet takes a great interest in what goes on and learns quickly. He is a charming, elegant and intelligent gentleman who is now competing in affiliated Dressage at Novice level.

    His sire, Dance with Wolves, is dual registered with BAPS and ApHC and recently gained 'excellent' grade in BApS stallion assessment. Dance with Wolves is a Dutch bred, athletic warmblood type with over 9" bone.

    His dam, Elljay Lukes Diamond, is by Capitall Luke from the Capitall Stud which is famous for showing and breeding Appaloosa horses and ponies. For a full geneological table click here

    One of Elljay Indiana's foals this year, born to Dizzy (Appaloosa x Arab), Sir Ocelot (Sirrah) is a striking near leopard colt foal who was born on 24th May, 2008. Although we'd like to keep them all, Sirrah will be for sale on weaning. He's a beautiful, big, eye-catching, athletic foal and we expect him to make 16hh+.

    One of Elljay Indiana's foals this year, born to Cayuse (Fell x Spotty) on 7th June, 2008. Middlepart's Foxglove is a gorgeous little filly foal who is already sold.
